Shipping

Please do not hesitate to contact me, if you wish to have one of my art pieces shipped to you. Because most of my works are fragile and/or large scale, the shipping costs vary depending of the art piece and country. I will submit an offer to you soon as possible after your request. Orders in Finland are sent usually via Posti and International deliveries via UPS. I will always include fragile mark and an insurance on the shipping costs, if it is available as a service to your location. I am sending packages only with a tracking number to make the delivery safe as possible.

Delivery options

After you have completed your order, I will send your package or contact you for a pick-up/ home delivery details during 5 business days.I will keep you updated during the delivery process and inform you when the package is dispatched.

Returns

Please note, all of my works are unique and hand made so you will find marks of human touch in the pieces. This basically means if the feature in the work is notable already in the showcasing pictures in my shop or you have had a possibility to see the work in live before you make the purchase decision, you can not return the piece. Returns are only possible in case the art pieces are somehow originally damaged, faulty or broken. In case like this, I will try to replace the art piece by offering a refund for cost of the original purchase. All of my pieces are unique, so it is impossible to replace them as such, but I will do my best to find a solution to make you happy.

If you think, there is something wrong in the art piece when you receive it, please contact me soon as possible or within 5 business days. You must document the possible damages by photographing the package of the art piece and the art piece with as many photos needed to show clearly the damaged/ faulty parts. Please note, my art pieces are fragile and should always be handled with care. The pieces including multiple parts should always be wrapped and handled separately before installation. All claims are to be written via email and include all the necessary information; your name, e-mail, post address, phone number and all the details of your order.

Please note, Viivi Lehto Oy / Viivi Lehto Ltd. is not responsible for damages done by the transportation company. Anyhow I will try do my best to help you to solve the case if your piece is damaged during the delivery. Never accept a delivery with your signature, if you can see already from the outside of the package it is damaged during the shipping. It is very important always document the package by photographing it before opening, if you think it may include broken goods.

Return requests because of any other reasons will be considered case by case. Please note, you are always responsible for all costs of returning the goods.

I will do my best to present all the information about the art pieces at the my shop, so please consider your decision before placing your order. Please note, colours may seem different on screen than in original art pieces. All of my art pieces are unique and made by hand so you will find marks of the working hands, those are not faults – they are elemental part of the nature of unique art.
